"Carolyn is a wonderful, empowering coach! This was my first time participating in a wellness program, I was worried that my hectic schedule would prevent me from fully participating, but Carolyn's approach incorporating one on one sessions, group sessions, email updates, and writing & food journals gave me multiple options to stay connected and not get overwhelmed by the work.
I also loved that it is a combination of yoga, health & mindfulness, while I don't need to be on a diet per se, I did need to relook at my relationship with food and how it had shifted during COVID, along with adding more mindfulness and yoga into my daily routine. The combination of all 3 truly helped reset my mind and body to enter the new year in a more positive place. Carolyn was always available either via email, text, or zoom, and her positive and KIND approach to the work made it easy to open up and be honest around my needs and shortcomings. She is amazing to work with! My favorite part of the whole journey was the group element, my sister and I participated together, doing the virtual yoga and group sessions, it was very special for us to share the experience - especially after this past year where we haven't been able to see each other in person.
