PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Take the Metro North New Haven Line to either the New Rochelle or Larchmont train stations. We are a short cab ride (approximately 1 mile from either train station). Also, Bee Line Bus #60, which runs between Fordham and downtown White Plains, stops right in front of our yoga studio.
