Take your newfound Awareness and put it to ACTION with specific tips, techniques, and tools designed to help you live your best life. 

 

You'll have the support and intimacy of a smaller group of like-minded women and the additional encouragement and guidance from your own personal health and wellness coach to hold you accountable and help you get the results you want.

What's Involved?

  • 3 months (February, March, and April)

  • Group meetings via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month @ 7:30 pm

    • 2/9; 2/23; 3/9; 3/23; 4/13 and 4/27

  • 1 personal strategy session each month - you choose when!

  • Private access website with resources and tips for success

  • Group chat to keep the conversation and support going between meetings (new!)

  • Office hours so you can pop on with questions or for extra encouragement (new!)

  • Unlimited access to me for questions, support, and accountability
